2. Pricing, Metal Weight & Valuation Policy

  • All gold jewellery sold by New Bhubaneshwari Jewellers carries mandatory BIS Hallmark certification, complete with the 6-digit HUID (Hallmark Unique Identification) code.
  • Authentic purity certificates and detailed tax invoices are supplied with every dispatch and purchase.

4. Payment Terms & Restrictions

  • Accepted Digital Payments: We accept domestic RuPay, Visa, and Mastercard debit and credit cards (non-premium, non-corporate), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), IMPS, RTGS, and direct payment links.
  • No Foreign Transactions: We do not accept international credit/debit cards, foreign bank transfers, or payments in foreign currency.
  • Non-Instant Payment Reconciliation: All non-instant payment modes (such as standard RTGS, NEFT, or delayed bank transfers) require payment reconciliation and verified receipt in our bank account prior to order dispatch or handover.
  • In-Store Cash Limit: In compliance with Indian Income Tax laws, cash payments at our showroom are restricted to a maximum of ₹2,00,000 (2 Lakhs) per sale invoice, per person, per day.

5. Order Processing, Dispatch & Manufacturing Timelines

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are dispatched within 1 working day following full payment reconciliation.
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Custom handcrafted designs require up to 30 calendar days for manufacturing, plus 1 working day for final quality inspection and dispatch.
  • Shipping & Transit: Items are shipped via insured domestic courier partners. Delivery estimates depend on destination logistics.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect against transit damage, tampering, or missing items, customers must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the clear view of the sealed outer parcel, shipping label, opening of the box, and full inspection of the item.
  • Damage Claims: Claims for damaged or missing items will not be processed without a valid, uncut unboxing video.
  • Return Evaluation Period: Returned items undergo a mandatory 15-working-day inspection period to verify metal weight, purity, and original item condition.
  • Refund Adjustments: If an un-damaged item is returned simply due to a change of mind, refunds apply strictly to the net metal value at current market rates. Making charges, taxes, and courier fees are strictly non-refundable.
