At New Bhubaneshwari Jewellers, we take extreme care in packaging and shipping your precious gold and silver jewellery. Every parcel is packed securely and shipped via trusted, fully insured courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely at your doorstep.

1. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Because each piece of jewellery undergoes careful quality inspection prior to packaging, dispatch times depend on item availability:

  • In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1 working day after payment reconciliation and order confirmation.
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Jewellery: Crafted and dispatched within 30 calendar days (manufacturing window) + 1 working day for final quality inspection.

Note: Dispatch begins only after full payment is confirmed and reconciled in our account.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Estimates

  • Service Area: We ship across select serviceable pincodes in India. (We do not offer international shipping).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically reach major metro cities within 3 to 5 business days, and other locations within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Tracking Details: As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will share your tracking ID and courier link directly via WhatsApp or SMS.

3. Transit Insurance & Package Security

Your peace of mind is our priority:

  • 100% Insured Shipping: All shipments are fully insured against loss or theft while in transit, we simply would not send a jewellery package out from out shop without an insurance.
  • Tamper-Evident Packaging: Jewellery is sealed in discreet, heavy-duty, tamper-evident packaging. The outer box will never display gold or jewellery labels to ensure privacy and security during delivery.

4. Delivery Verification & Receipt

  • OTP / Signature Required: To prevent unauthorized collection, high-value packages require physical receiver verification (via OTP).
  • Inspect Outer Parcel: Please inspect the external packaging before accepting delivery. If the outer tamper-proof bag appears torn, open, or damaged, do not accept the package and notify us immediately on WhatsApp.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To safeguard your purchase against transit damage, tampering, or missing items, we enforce a strict unboxing policy:

  • Continuous Uncut Video Required: You must record a clear, continuous, unedited video starting from showing the sealed shipping parcel and label, opening the package, and inspecting the jewellery piece, for any claims after delivery.
  • Claims Handling: Any claim for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the uncut unboxing video. Claims submitted without this video cannot be processed under our return/insurance terms.
